More corporate-oriented clients are rare for us, but there are exceptions and often those exceptions arise from something creative or dynamic, like the questionnaire responses from Norick Risk Funding Concepts
. As a risk insurance broker in marine and property assets, Norick may seem the furthest thing from a creative-based business, but, in their field, this group is developing some very creative solutions to new risk insurance issues, including the budding legal cannabis industry in places like Colorado, Washington, and California.
For the brand, we wanted to create an identity that encapsulated all of Norick’s primary client industries in agriculture, marine-based business, and the energy world. More importantly, we wanted the brand to maintain a level of sophistication and professionalism that appealed to their clients. To these points, we developed a classic, high-end mark, color scheme, and typographic presence. Though, in order to speak to the firm’s creative side, we developed some unexpected imagery and illustrations.
